Besides the marketing, you have to contend with phone calls at all hours of the day or night, as well as often tie up your free weekend time showing it, or worse, waiting around for buyers who are either late or worse still, whi make appointments and never show!

• We will respond to all the calls and e-mails from potential buyers inquiring through the marketing.
• We will handle all the showings, regardless if if a buyer wants to see it on a weekday or a weekend, regardless of morning, afternoon, or evening.
• Upon making a deal we arrange and attend the survey and trial runs.
• We handle all the paperwork from contracts to bills of sale and all closing docs.
• If you have an outstanding loan we arrange and make the payoff for you.
• And lastly, when the deal closes, we give you your proceeds from the sale!
